Which Wolf Are You Feeding? Examining the Power of Positive and Negative Thinking

What we feed gets bigger. That applies to the conditioned voice of self-doubt, self-criticism, self-hate, fear...you get the idea.


The good news is that we are not our conditioned thoughts. We can notice them, and if they feed the imagined negative version of us or life, we can shift our attention to starve and shrink them. This frees us up to feed the voice of compassion, love, and acceptance.



We can bring ourselves back to the life that is happening right now, where everything is as it's meant to be, and there is nothing wrong with us and nothing wrong with life.
